Requirements:
? At least 3-year-experience operating a restaurant/cafe in supervisory/ managerial level
? Ability to operate a gourmet coffee making machine would be a strong asset
? Strong in Customer Service Skill and Organizational Skill
? Good human relation/ personality. To be represented well as a Company Brand Ambassador
? Good communication & interpersonal skills in both Thai & English.
? Service minded with Hands-on management style and inspiration to your team
? Positive thinking with Passion for your work
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office
? Ability to handle multi-tasks and high volume
? Mature and outgoing personality, able to work with a multicultural team
? Ability to work on weekend, Public Holidays/ shift basis
? 6 days? work a week
As a D?ARK Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are required to assist your Restaurant Manager to maximize revenue and profit opportunities for the restaurant by working harmoniously with the BOH and FOH staffs and to create the best of D?ARK Experience for our customers in all related elements you are able to.
You will be also responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with the Company guiding principles at all times.
Main Responsibilities:
? Maximize sales opportunities within the business
? Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
? You assist your Restaurant Manager in the Restaurant operations & team management
? You assist your RM in organizing & cost-optimizing the weekly-duty roster of the FoH service staff. Monitoring the weekly-duty roster of the BoH kitchen/pastry section staff organized by Head of the Kitchen. Coordinating FoH & BoH duty rosters
? With the assistance of HR, identify, coach and mentor staff so that they are able to unleash their potential
? Perform opening, closing duties
? Build and implement a strong and efficient customer service offer for the business unit
? Handle customer feedback professionally at all times
? Ready to jump in and work in respective sections when required
? Be the role model for staff and a Brand-Ambassador for the Company, including ensuring that all store staffs adhere to the company?s uniform standards, representing the brand image at all time
? Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene and health and safety
? All other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager
